Description

This framework uses a cyclical approach to link research to political action. It provides steps to identify inequalities within knowledge systems and guidance on how to “make space” for collective efforts to advance health equity.

Steps for Using Method/Tool

The framework is meant to be used in a working group fashion, whereby the knowledge stakeholders—whether they are researchers, policy-makers, citizens or other public health actors—come together to work collaboratively.

These summaries are written by the NCCMT to condense and to provide an overview of the resources listed in the Registry of Methods and Tools and to give suggestions for their use in a public health context.
