Description

This assessment uses a whole-person and strengths-based perspective to measure the potential effect of cultural interventions on an individual’s overall wellness. The tool provides culturally relevant information to guide treatment services for Indigenous peoples.

Steps for Using Method/Tool

The tool guides users through two assessment forms:

  • The Self-Report Form – completed by the client
  • The Observer Rating Form – completed by the service provider
