This implementation resource assesses how a new or existing program/practice aligns with an organization’s existing work and context. The tool can be used at any stage in implementation.

Steps for Using Method/Tool

The tool guides users through six categories, separated by indicator type:

Part A: Practice indicators

  1. Evidence
  2. Support
  3. Usability

Part B: Organizational indicators

  1. Need
  2. Fit
  3. Capacity
